慈山寺參學半天
本會於2023年12月17日舉辦“慈山寺”參學半天遊及盤菜活動，參加會員及家屬共50位，十分踴躍。慈山寺內設有一些文化和禪修設施，寺廟周圍環繞着茂密的綠樹和山脈，不失為一個寧靜和欣賞自然風景的好去處。期間更順道遊覽“船灣淡水湖”及後品嚐美味盤菜，行程緊湊及豐富，大家樂而忘返。

泰國考察團2023
香港米行商會應泰國政府商務部(國際貿易促進局-DITP)邀請組織考察團共30多位於2023年12月11-14日前往泰國東北部烏汶府及曼谷進行商業考察。而考察活動包括參觀大米研究中心和碾米工廠，進一步了解泰米生產情況及其品質改善計劃等，獲益良多。並拜訪泰國泰米出口商公會並舉行會議，交流港泰兩地大米市場概況為業務帶來無限商機。期間亦拜訪香港駐曼谷經濟貿易辦事處及香港貿發局駐曼谷辦事處，並舉行會談，令考察團増廣見聞。
