2023 Rice Industry Lunar New Year Banquet

On the evening of January 30, 2023, the Hong Kong Rice Liaison Center held a Chinese New Year Spring Dinner Banquet in Sheung Wan’s North Garden Restaurant.  Ms. Maggie Wong, Director-General of Trade and Industry Department;  Mr. Philip M.K. Li,  Head of Trade Controls of the Hong Kong Customs & Excise Department;  Hon. Mr. Shiu Ka Fai,  Legislative Councillor of the Wholesale and Retail Functional Constituency;  Mr. Chaturont Chaiyakam, Consul General of Thailand in Hong Kong;  Mr. Pham Binh Dam,  Consul General of S.R. Vietnam in Hong Kong;  Mrs. Chanunpat Pisanapipong, Trade Commissioner & Consul of Thailand in Hong Kong and Ms. Vu Thi Thuy,  Commercial Consul & Head of Vietnam Trade Office in Hong Kong along with other officials attended the banquet.  In addition, there was a lucky draw section where different sponsors gave out valuable gifts.  With over 200 guests attended the banquet, the whole evening was filled with joy and happiness!
